1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to enrol in a Nodecademy course or register for a webinar. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide — including your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, and any location information — is accurate and complete.

2. Personal Information and Marketing Communications

When you tick the consent checkbox during webinar registration, you authorise Nodecademy and its operator, SPLEXX INNOVATION DYNAMICS LTD, to collect and use your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and registration details to provide the webinar and to tell you about Nodecademy courses, webinars, offers, and related services. We may contact you for these purposes by email, WhatsApp message, or telephone call.

You can withdraw your marketing consent at any time by contacting us through our contact page. Withdrawing consent does not affect communications already sent or essential messages about a registration or service you requested.

3. Course and Webinar Access

Once your enrolment is confirmed, you will receive access to the course materials, mentorship sessions, and any community resources associated with your chosen track. Access is granted for the duration of the course and may be extended at our discretion. Webinar registrants will receive information needed to access the session and may receive related reminders, updates, and follow-up resources.

4. Conduct

We expect all learners to treat instructors, mentors, and fellow students with respect. Harassment, abusive language, plagiarism, or any behaviour that disrupts the learning environment may result in immediate removal without refund.

5. Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case. If you are unable to continue your course, contact us within 14 days of enrolment to discuss your options.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials — including videos, written content, code samples, and templates — are the intellectual property of Nodecademy or the respective instructors. You may not redistribute, resell, or publish course materials without our written permission.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally to reflect changes in our courses, services, or applicable laws. The latest version will always be available on this page, and continued use of our courses or webinars constitutes acceptance of any updates.
